Health Screening of the Elderly Using Geriatric Mobile Apps (SIM Lansia) in Malang Primary Health Care

In the city of Malang, there are currently 109,368 geriatrics. However, Malang Primary Health Care (PHC) coverage geriatrics screening remains low at end 2021 (26%). accordance with District Office’s approval, Google Forms were used for geriatrics’ data gathering. The purpose this study was to analyse difference in geriatric before and after using SIM Lansia Apps’. This a quantitative design. population all cadres 57 participating. There two parts gathering process: first collect months app use, second conduct Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Test 12 closed-ended questions ask respondents about their opinions analyzed statistic Z test compare pre-app use post-app data, TAM response categorized Likert scale. After utilizing app, increased by roughly 43.79% (May-July) Lansia, indicated that increase statistically significant (P value = 0.000). Five dimensions revealed agree on Perceived Usefulness, Ease Use, Attitude Toward Using Technology, Behavioral Intention Actual Use apps showed effectiveness efficiency increasing every PHC City.
